We first sit with our Tenant/Client and obtain an understanding of the Business & Suite requirements, then we meet to discuss wall-flooring-door-finishes, then we Turn-the-Keys over of a finished suite with the Certificate of Occupancy in hand. This means we handle ANY AND ALL required permitting & construction ranging from suite floor plans, town building permit & zoning requirements, construction management & engineering, general contracting, & FULL COMPLETION of our client/tenant suite & business requirements hassle free to them.
